Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passed our quality inspection.

Refund Method

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to the customer's bank account or other approved payment method.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after successful quality verification.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take an additional 3–10 business days to reflect in your account.

Partial Refunds

The AMANI Store reserves the right to provide partial refunds in cases where products are returned in a condition different from that in which they were delivered.

Cancellation Refunds

For orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by The AMANI Store.
