At The AMANI Store, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return subject to the following conditions:

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery/receipt of the product.

Return requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.

Eligible Returns

Products are eligible for return if:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, unworn, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are intact.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use, washing, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Products returned without original tags or packaging.
  • Accessories, scarves, caps, perfumes, cosmetics, personal care products, and promotional/free items unless received in damaged or defective condition.

Return Process

  1. Raise a Return request from the website.
  2. Share your Order ID and photographs of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
  3. Upon approval, a reverse pickup will be arranged or return instructions will be provided.
  4. The product will undergo a quality check upon receipt.
  5. The AMANI Store reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
